Walking Tree

Mixed media on clayboard, 12 x 12"

This piece started with several layers of acrylic paint creating the background texture.  Next I sketched gestural figure drawings in pencil.  Then I collaged on some rice paper, some orange and blue painted deli paper, and some thread.
