Shoegaze

Acrylic, watercolor, pencil, cold wax and oil stick on linen.  The painting started with many layers of acrylic and watercolor.  I then brought it to a gesture figure drawing session and drew quick poses in pencil.  Later I added many layers of oil stick and cold wax so that the pencil lines were mostly obscured but provide extra texture.
