Paris 2004 and 2017

2018, mixed media on clayboard, 24 x 36"

This piece starts with a Parisian metro map, opera tickets, and a review of a Musee' Luxembourg Titian exhibit all collaged onto clayboard.  Then I added a figure drawing drawn on a Parisian sketch.  Then came more drawing and painting with acrylic with soap.  Finally I collaged some linen strips onto the surface.
