2017, oil on linen, 36 x 48"

Painting begins with a layer of acrylic on linen, followed by lots of pencil drawing.  Layers of oil paint then alternate with more drawing.   The initial inspiration for this painting was a drawing I did at the the Tom Sachs show "Space Program:Europa". Title comes from the Rihanna song.
